FAQs

Why sponsor?  We literally rely on the generosity of sponsors like you to keep the doors open and lights on.   Your sponsorship will go directly toward the hay, feed, vet care & habitat maintenance for our residents. 

How does it work?  Simply select a sponsorship level that works for you, create an account and fill out the form.  You will be charged monthly until you cancel.

Do I have to create an account?  Yes!  Your sponsorship will be charged every month until you cancel. Creating an account gives you 100% control to pause or cancel your sponsorship at any time.

Can I cancel my sponsorship?  We will be terribly sorry to see you go, but yes, you can cancel at anytime.  Simply login to your account, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, scroll down and click on My Subscription.  You can pause or cancel your sponsorship on this page at any time.
